Walking Dead Road to Woodbury- The book as nothing to do with the tv show series. In this book the main character is a girl named Lilly Cual who is in her 20s and she is very shy and is very scared of all of whats going on in the world. Woodbury is a neighborhood or safe heaven for people that are weak and alone, it is runned by a man by the name of ''the governor'' who seems nice to new people and anyone who isnt in his militarty group. In reality he is a very dark man who will kill other groups of people and then steel thier supplies. In the middle of the book Lilly Cual finds this neighborhood and starts to learn the about it more. It has a lot of suspense and action when thier fighting the zombies. I will highly reccomend it to Walking Dead fans but i would still reccomend it to people who might not like the series. My favorite part in the book would be the beginning because it gives a good backround of the life before the disease started. In the end it was a very good book and I reccomend to everyone.
Dr. Halsey's Journal- The book is based off the game Halo Reach made by Bungie. This book is about a woman scientist in a planet called Reach and thier is an alien invasion they call the Covant. Meanwhile when soilder are fighting she trys to make new armor for the soilder and inance thier abilities she calls them sparatans. Also she trys to make an AI with actual human DNA. She calls the AI Cortana whose supose to help help her sparants fight and restore the human race. The planet she has big forest and some places is just snow with pine trees. I would say this book is for 10 and up because it has a lot of scale drawings and ntes younger kids might not understand. Also I would highly recommand it to someone that loves the Halo series.
